Description of Tetris Worlds GBA
Marking the return, the developer has brought new experiences in the “TETRIS WORLDS” version. Before introducing the unique modes, I should recap the basic gameplay that you may already be familiar with if you’ve played the previous version or a classic puzzle game. The game takes place on a 10-unit wide board, with multiple goals set as a measure of success, including scores, time, and goals.
When independent blocks of different shapes are impacted by gravity, causing them to fall to the bottom of the screen, the player must change different shapes to fill a line. To put it plainly, the gameplay is simply about getting rid of the line, setting a goal, and moving to a new level. Every time a line is removed, a goal is scored. When fully charged, players can level up with new challenges and new goals. Scores and times will be recorded and updated on the top leaderboard.
“TETRIS WORLDS” is a new excellence in simple game development.
It has six different game styles you can enjoy, including Tetris mode, Cascade mode, Fusion mode, Hotline mode, Square mode, and Gravity. They have their own rules as well as different goals that must be achieved if you want to stay on the playing field. Some targets are time and some are dots while others are speed because the gravity of the blocks is hit harder, causing them to fall faster than normal. But either way, it harnesses reflexes and streamlines players.
Sometimes the error is insignificant but it can end any attempt. However, do not worry because the system will also provide some support items to fix errors. Note that this is infrequent.
Overall, the gameplay is quite simple, this is considered an attractive point that is highly appreciated by players. It will not be necessary to read too much information or instructions because you can always fully understand its mechanism. It seems that the modes in this game are endless so players can challenge themselves by replaying and achieving the highest records. It also supports tethering, allowing you to challenge your friends and share great entertainment together.
