Wii Fit is known as a sports application released by Nintendo with a combination of Wii peripheral and balance board. The Wii balance board will act as both a sensor and a place for players to practice. Wii Fit includes nutritious sports like yoga, endurance training, aerobics, and several other balance games. Games are also known to be a great way to get the family to exercise together. Wii Fit includes more than 40 different types of physical activity.
Your task is to stand on the scale and perform the movements shown on the screen. The main purpose of this app is to help players improve posture and maintain COB. Thus, you will adapt to the correct posture. Initially, you need to create a profile with full information about your date of birth and height so that the application can track and balance your training. Wii Fit will also provide individual coaches for each player to make drills more effective. For each required move on the screen, if you do it right and hold it for a certain amount of time, you will earn points. If you can’t, you will be fined.
