“This is a hard hack using Pokemon Platinum Plus made by Blue as Base Rom (I got his permission). I will post his doc below for changes/evolutions. and the location of Pokemon and I don’t take his credit did.
One of the big things that really sets my hacks apart from other platinum hacks is the fact that the trainers are. trainers have more pokemon and a consistent level curve which means you don’t need to sharpen any levels.
ALL trainers and leader gyms have pokemon that stick to moves their level is based on their level which means you won’t find lvl 5 vipers with airblast, holy fire, EQ, draco-meteor
Also some Pokemon (at level 40 and up) have TM, HM and events move, so don’t complain when you see an entei with a lightning bolt because it learned it through the Gen 4 event when Pokemon Platinum t new game.” ~ cloudforgiven 4 444
