Description of Pokemon Fire Sword Rom
The storyline is similar to the original Pokemon Fire Red, with players starting in Palette Town. After meeting Professor Oak while heading for Route 1, both the player and his rivals will be asked to select one of the Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle starter Pokemon from a nearby table. The orcs let the player choose first, and the rivals are immediately jealous.
The orcs then choose a type of launcher that is very effective against the player’s launcher and challenge the player. Professor Oak comments during the battle. After
battles, Oak allows two new trainers to travel the Kanto region. Upon arriving at the Villisian City Pokemart, the player discovers that the package has arrived for the professor and the clerk demands that it be delivered to him. When that is done, the professor will give the player and the opponent a Pokédex and send it along the way.
