Description of Mario Tennis GBC ROM
Mario Tennis is a sports simulation video game, introduced to fans by Nintendo in 2000. The game was the first version of the tennis genre to feature Mario. Mario Tennis features eleven characters, including old ones from previous versions. Newly added characters are Waluigi, Princess Daisy, Wario, Shy Guy, Donkey Kong and Birdo. First, the player will choose one of the game characters given to experience.
The game used the same control system as most other tennis games at the time. Shots will be made by pressing to maintain force, then releasing to swing the racquet. When you press a button twice, the shot gains full power, plus a small additional effect. But players should not use this feature much because it is not always good to hit maximum power. The game is quite simple and accessible, but reaching high levels is difficult. If exposed to Mario Tennis long enough, players can develop their own strategies.
